Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of mkdirseo.com and the mkdirseo application ("the Service"), operated by mkdirseo Inc. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

mkdirseo monitors how brands appear in AI-generated answers by running the prompts you configure against AI models on a recurring schedule, and can generate and publish content to sites you connect. AI answers are produced by third-party models and change over time; we present them faithfully but can't guarantee that any model will mention any brand, or that results match what an individual user sees in a consumer AI app.

Subscriptions, trials & cancellation

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment processor, Dodo Payments. Plan limits (brands, prompts, competitors, AI engines, monthly articles) are described on the pricing page and enforced in the product.
• Where a free trial is offered, you won't be charged until the trial ends; cancel before then to avoid any charge.
• You can cancel anytime from settings. Access continues until the end of the period you've paid for, and your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may pause scans and restrict access until payment is resolved.

Autopilot & published content

Autopilot generates articles with AI and, if you enable auto-publish, posts them to sites you connect (for example via our WordPress plugin). You are the publisher of that content: review it, verify factual claims, and ensure it complies with the laws and platform rules that apply to your site. We recommend keeping manual review enabled until you trust the output for your use case.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service to monitor brands or publish content you have no right to work with.
• Don't attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or security measures.
• Don't resell access to the Service without an agreement with us.

Your data

You own the data you put into the Service and the reports generated for your workspace. Every plan includes CSV export. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant uninterrupted operation, and we're not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated answers or for content you choose to publish. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
